Bought it for my wife for Christmas, since we're big Texas tech fans, I knew we would get our use out of it. Christmas day my wife made a rum cake with it, and it was probably the best rum cake I have ever had. Hopefully tech will have season worth celebrating next year, so we can show our red raider pride with a double t cake. It came as advertised and right on time, excellent customer service!!
